Blake Bidleman

Blake is a native of the Pacific Northwest where he spent most of his life. After attending the University of Washington where he ran track and field for the Huskies, Blake worked in marketing for Microsoft, Disney and ESPN before being hired by the Seattle Fire Department as a firefighter in 2012.

Blake entered the mortgage industry in 2020, at the height of the pandemic, which he feels actually helped him. After years of honing his communication and problem-solving skills as a fireman, Blake crafted a unique client-facing mortgage experience focusing on education, efficient technology and total transparency to streamline the process for his borrowers.

As a Loan Originator at Point Equity Residential Lending, he is able to provide the best union of the retail and broker lending channels: a fantastic client experience with access to the most competitive loan products and wholesale pricing.

Courtney Camarillo

Courtney Camarillo is a Roseville, CA native and one of four Oakmont High School graduates at Point Equity. She has two beautiful children and is married to her sweetheart Jimmy.

Courtney has over eight years’ experience in the mortgage industry, as well as an extensive financial background. She started out originating loans and quickly found her passion in the organization and details of the transaction. Her primary objectives are efficiency, transparency and excellent customer service.

Lesley Palo

Loan Processor

Lesley was born and raised in Northern California and is currently a Processor with our Point Equity production team. She is hard-working, funny, smart, and a committed team player who enjoys helping others achieve their goals.

She has one daughter who loves the outdoors, so they spend a lot of time together exploring Tahoe or at the ocean, where they always have a blast. Her favorite activities outside of spending time with her daughter include going to baseball games, hiking, camping, and checking out new restaurants and food experiences.
